Nestling on Bonifacio’s limestone plateau, in the shade of centuries-old olive trees that have been silent witnesses of history, Pian del Fosse is a peace haven where you can shut yourself away from time in contact with the unspoilt Corsican nature.
A family-run business since its foundation, our establishment is deeply rooted in the land that saw its birth. Originally a pasture for the family herd passed down from generation to generation, today Pian del Fosse has become a small, bucolic sanctuary shaped by our hands over the decades: a heritage with a strong identity where the walls of Bonifacian stone rub shoulders with the nature and culture of our island.
The scents of the ‘nustrale’ maquis, tended with the utmost care, mark the stays under our roof, with a singular and heady note that will accompany the memories of our guests long after their return.
