Cuisine
Convivial and generous, the cuisine at Pian del Fosse focuses on Corsican products. Anything that does not come directly from our kitchen garden is carefully selected from trusted local producers.
We favour short circuits and organic farming in order to pay homage to our family recipes and the culture that inspires us.
The Vegetable Garden
Our desire to offer our customers a sustainable and responsible cuisine is reflected in our vegetable garden. The island’s traditional gastronomy is based above all on seasonality and the availability of produces.
Our vegetables and endemic herbs, grown without pesticides or chemical fertilisers, are a garanty of our approach to promoting the culinary heritage of Corsica and the Mediterranean, which we are proud to be able to share with you at Pian del Fosse.
